I just think saying "He's had a great year and a half" was stretching it a little, that is Hansenite-speak, he has been pretty good for a lot of 2013 since going back, in the 'loose man in defense' role

He made one. Roughead's goal in the last.

He was huge.

Right after he provided some rebound. Spread offensively then worked back to help out in defence under big pressure.

He was ****ed, and still pissed for making the mistake.

He now asks of the highest standard from himself, and I'm stoked with his improvement this season.

Long may it continue.

Based on those three stats he would be one of the best if not the best Loose man in defence in the league.

But what did you think of lachy staning in a hole twice, getting cleaned up the second time, then running back with the flight of the ball and marking strongly?

Nothing laconic in that.

That said, he hasn't been as clean over the last few weeks. Let a few marks slip out the back. And he's kicking was a bot off yesterday.

He's still absolutely killing it. The evidence of his dramatic turn around was that I attended the footy yesterday with a guy that's hate for lachy exceeded mr reachers.

He is now inboard the lachy train. You should buy a ticket too jack.

Hansen is in our best 3-5 players every week, ever since he went down back (1 or 2 for marks, 3-5 for disposals) and you always see the mistakes he makes. What did you think when ziebell turned it over and hawks scored a goal, or when cunnington always gets done for holding the ball? Imagine if hansen made those mistakes
