I don't mind SSelwood, but giving up Yarran for him is ludicrous. We need more elite kicks and run like Yarran, and now that MM has said he'll be going through the middle more often its even more reason to keep him. I'd rather Graham to play in the 22 instead of SSelwood.

Fair enough, can't fault Yarran's running game when he's played up the ground, he was a fantastic run and carry player from HBF in 2011-12 and was used poorly this year IMO. Would you be happy with Selwood in a different trade?

You'd be getting a great deal Selwood for Yarran, but Selwood going home was one of about 20 rumours made up on a terrible facebook rumour page and for whatever reason since then that rumour has spread like wildfire, the only basis behind it is the facebook page, Jarman saying Yarran is involved is him thinking he's putting 2+2 together.

From the sounds of the initial rumour, both are exploring their options rather than the club shopping them around.

If one or both, or anyone else for that matter, decides to leave - good riddance. We don't want anyone here that doesn't want to be here. No-one is irreplaceable.

Definitely. I hate the idea of trading Yarran, especially at his lowest value.

I'm not advocating trading Yarran, in fact I'd be devastated if we tried but you're right from past experiences they are absolutely deluded over there when it comes to trade suggestions and if they start it about Yarran then they need to be shown his game against them this year again when he tore them to shreds.

As damaging as Yarran can be, at this stage SSelwood is a much better player with much more output at this stage, Yarran himself wouldn't be enough. Selwood polled 15 votes in the brownlow last year and was arguably underpolled.
