While I agree, the fact the call sounded like a typical telemarket call (silence for a couple of seconds then a hello) and the guy identified himself from telstra led me to think it was legitimate

been on the phone to telstra for 57 minutes now and counting, about 5 of those minutes ive been actually speaking to someone

They are so ****ing terrible, every time i speak with telstra its the same shit theyre so ****ing pathetic at phone service its sometimes a ****ing labyrinth just to get a contact phone number from their website because they try to push to you FAQs and online chats

if optus could manage more than 5 poles around australia id instantly switch, its so ****ing unbearable and disgraceful
