Don't all gyms make you use a towel?

Well it's in the "rules" but the one I usually go to doesn't enforce it. I use it when I'm doing cardio but when I used use weights I don't sweat and I feel stupid wiping down a bone dry bench

Need to work harder on weights then. Still, I think its compulsory to have a towel on you at pretty much all gyms

Not taking an ex co-workers advice about bitcoin back in 2011. He was really tech savvy and was talking about how it would be the easiest money ever made.

I thought he was insane and had a quiet chuckle at him putting his money into this new 'scam'. Was trying to get me to put $500 in with him.

I can't even remember the price back then but they've gone up in value to an insane margin now

I'm in the same boat as you man. The only difference is I wasn't having a quiet chuckle, I desperately wanted to get some. Unfortunately I had just finished Uni and literally had about $20 to my name. Should have just cash advanced it on the credit card in hindsight, but that's a pretty super risky play.

In November 2011 they were $3 a pop as that's when me and a mate were gonna buy $1k worth. That's about $300k now, although I definitely would have sold off at least half over the journey. Possibly even panic sold the whole lot when they crashed from $200 -> $50 after the Silk Road got shut down. It's really impossible to say exactly what I would have done but either way would have made some good coin.

Baggage carousels - seriously, our bag will come, chill the **** out!! No need to stand on the edge of the carousel blocking everyone else! If by some chance you miss your bag, then it only takes about 1 min to do another full rotation. Also, stand behind the yellow ******* line. This wa if you see your bag late, you have room to get to it. Polaxed a woman in Chicago because she was in the way. Didn't even apologise either. **** her, she will be better for the run.

Came on here to have a rant about people at baggage carousels and saw your post first. Two days ago I was at a busy international airport and everyone staked out a position right against the belt. I was about 2-3 people back and had absolutely no chance of grabbing my bag if it were to come past. There were no lines at this airport? Why don't people all stand back, get a clear view of what's happening, and when your bag arrives you are free to step forward and collect it. Everyone wins?

People are so f***ing stupid/selfish. Was so livid!!

I fly on average twice a week so I have to deal with this insane bullshit a lot.

regarding baggage carousels. i fly to hong kong a lot. unlike melb airport where its dog eat dog and everyone clambers over each other to get bags, its civilised. there's so much room between carousels, and they are in itself very long. so heaps of space.
