I'll be a very happy man if and when that happens, as long as it comes from someone strong enough to say no to those with money using the current Board as puppets.

Their influence is cancerous to put it lightly and the sooner we rid ourselves of them, the better.

I don't get why we as paid members don't have the chance to vote on the President. It's a huge appointment for our club and I don't trust the board to get this one right.

Not sure what it is abut SOS I just don't warm to.
Always get the feel that he's bluffed himself and others in regards to his footballing knowledge.

Ratten was a great guy and Carlton man also..............just sometimes that alone is not enough.
Really hope we don't just go head first for a favoured son. Would sooner a no-name that knows what he's doing. Non-sexy is good.

I think in this case it's not just Mark, it's making sure there's a board spill. I think it's the only way we can get rid of the cashed up factions & also reduce board numbers.

I get the whole give him a chance sentiment but a change of President doesn't happen often so we NEED to get this right, more important than a coaching appointment I think.
