When looking at this case I dont have all the facts involved. So this would be pure speculation and someone correct me if I am wrong but has the threat story being backed up by anyone other than the victim? If it is then all good lets ban him for a time that is appropriate.

Furthermore I think some perspective will need to be taken. Yes threatening violence is bad but he never went through with the act. Tony Greene was charged (they were latter dropped) and he got 5-6 weeks I think? If he had threatened a bloke this would not be as big as it is now but due to the way society is now coupled with the natural instinct to protect women, this has blown into large suspension talk.
