It's good to see that despite Crisp and Aish having far more support staff and facilities than we will ever have that they still are pretty much the same players that left us and are currently in the pies best 22.

6 goal win for the Crows. Pies and Tigers both played terribly last week against each other. This week they both got beaten convincingly. No surprise really. Neither side will make the 8 imo and yet both sides had huge hype surrounding them heading into this season. Pretenders.

AFL need to introduce a new rule, if you wave your arms like a bird when the ball is deemed to go out deliberately, it's a free kick against the bird.

Yes, very interesting results. Plot twist: Collingwood's last minute win last week was actually against a team no better than the Pies themselves.

Both Richmond and Collingwood are actually not very far ahead of us now to be honest. And we are much less experienced. And much much less hyped. We just need to put some performances together.

It would be interesting if Richmond didn't play finals this year

Brendon Gale probably starting to second guess that 2 year extension they gave Hardwick a few weeks ago.

According to the pies board Aish was one of the few positives, Quite sad if they are happy with that output.

He did have more possessions than last week I guess. They are looking hard for silver linings.

I think it might have been you that referred to their soft under-belly,they've definitely got one,and maybe not enough good players. An improvement on last year looks remote at this stage.I reckon Hardwick would take 6th had he the option right now

And off to the Pies board for a few laughs :D
Collingwood board predictability, has erupted. Ratten and their reserves coach favourite to replace Buckley. Malthouse must be breaking out the champagne. Buckley, Hird and Voss an interesting trifecta coaching wise.

Richmond not doing any post match media. Siege mode already.
A bit extreme when you are beaten by a better team.

Maybe we should do this tomorrow night.

Hird had millions of dollars, Bomber Thompson, the new Tullamarine facility and a drug regime. Bucks has millions and the biggest and best set up in the country. Voss had a club in debt, a suburban football ground, and supplies sourced from gumtree.

Two have had a red carpet ride to show their wares, and the other is mercilessly potted by all and sundry.

And only one of them coached his side to a finals win. Guess who!

So we can shut the door on any arguments? Voss was the best player, captain and coach of the three.

Works for me.

And better bloke, and most loyal... and toughest...

I think Buckley got the pies to the preliminary final in his first year but nothing after that.

Ah well there you go. But down the ladder every year right?

I don't think it would have been possible to do any worse with that collingwood side, it was the year after they won about 20 games in the h/a season. So still not a great reflection on buckley.
