False. How will your body absorb nutrients without fat? Most nutrients are only absorbed and transported by fat. The only unhealthy fats are those pressed from corn, soy, canola and other vegetables that are highly processed and bleached. inflammation causes heart disease, saturated fat decreases inflammation...Your argument is flawed and has no scientific back up.Lard has no nutritional benefit and neither does fried bacon really but a shitload of fat, salt, oil, heart cloggers.
