You're learning. Gold star for youBut but but but he's contracted and he's our best player
This kind of sarcasm reminds me of the Richmond supporters last year when they thought they were getting Yarran for pick 33 or a 3rd rounderBut but but but he's contracted and he's our best player

What's a Yarran? You're lucky he's gone for whatever you got for himThis kind of sarcasm reminds me of the Richmond supporters last year when they thought they were getting Yarran for pick 33 or a 3rd rounder
No way, the Mods have already done that to my last 3, i'm running out of email addresses!Delete your account.

Sauce you threw out the door, saying he was your 4th best ruckman. Shame he was actually your best by a mile.
Betts you had the chance to pay up for, and refused to.
Both of those are 100% carltons fault. End of story. Nothing to do with Adelaide 'screwing you over'
DangerSloane, you are incredibly antagonistic
you're not the only one, granted, but for some reason your posts stick out like dog's balls....
stop the chest puffing
This hurts me to quote this guy, but:
Sorry to be bearer of bad news but Stephen Trigg is probably the most incompetent administrator in the game. And a w***er to boot.We had incompetent ****silly people in charge of making those decisions.
Not the case anymore.
You guys were chasing Betts and effectively poached him for nothing. We should've been given more for Sauce.
You hold no bargaining power in the Gibbs trade.
I just don't understand the reasoning here. You guys don't want to give up good picks or players but want to bring in a talented player like Gibbs.
He will go for overs or he will stay with us.
Approximately half of the players traded last year were under contract.Do they not teach kids about contracts and law in South Australian schools?
There are also plenty of examples where a player and a club openly talk about a trade with it not eventuating.Approximately half of the players traded last year were under contract.
If players want to move clubs, they nearly always get their way.
The number of years left is also a factor along with the quality of the player.Using other trades to determine ones value is such a flawed argument.
For example: L. Henderson (Pick 16), C. Yarran (Pick 19), J. Melksham (Pick 25), T.Bell (Pick 21)
Gibbs is light-years beyond these players in ability and experience. But its not a fair baseline on players worth.
this is the same guy that said Gibbs was worth pick 14 and a good player a day ago. This hurts me to quote this guy, but:
Sorry to be bearer of bad news but Stephen Trigg is probably the most incompetent administrator in the game. And a ****** to boot.
There are not too many examples where a player has said they want to return home & were denied v being traded. There are also plenty of examples where a player and a club openly talk about a trade with it not eventuating.
Thats ok, then you'll end up with a McCarthy situation.
Paying him for the next two years while he sits back sipping a latte at an Adelaide cafe.
This smug attitude reminds me of when Carlton supporters thought they would get our first rounder for a player we didn't wantThis kind of sarcasm reminds me of the Richmond supporters last year when they thought they were getting Yarran for pick 33 or a 3rd rounder

Haha!!I take your point....but he is like Warren Buffett so far, compared to our lot over the last decade.
