McKay was injured all season and Curnow looked very highly skilled and athletic when he was out there. That isn't my point though - SOS didn't just bring in a bunch of GWS players, he got us into the draft in a big way.

True....he will be great for Carlton. Wright and Kedge were good fits and are good stop gaps but not good enough to take you further just like Lamb, Jones, Phillips, Sumner, Everitt, Plowman and Tutt.

Plowman is very good. Phillips an able second ruck. Rest were salary dumps to get the deal for a song.
