What do you do between sets? Do you listen to music?
Wireless headset and I check my watch for my heart rate. But for those 45s to 1 minute I like to relax and focus on the next set. Mentally relaxing is imo just as important as the physical rest between sets.
Also I dont see many patrons being strict with their rest periods, a phone usually leads them spending far too long resting between sets.
I record all my notes of each workout, while I have my protein shake after the workout.






With that said I usually do this though when I exercise the muscle group the second time during the week, as I try and make it as enjoyable/fun as possible. The first time I hit a muscle group at the start of the week, I am fairly focused though.
