Surely a Northern Territory or Tasmanian team comes first. What's the case for a third WA team? I'm sure GWS and Gold Coast felt a bit forced (I wasn't really following footy around the time of their formation), but a third WA team would feel more so.

It won't happen by 2020 but it will happen before either NT (never) or Tasmania (probably never) have a team.

4th biggest city in Australia, New 60k Stadium, already footy mad = opportunity for more money to be made.
