Differences being their intellects, I believe Adolph was a "smart guy"...
Similarities are more surreal, Hitler was a non-drinker (had never imbibed, not a reformed drinker), non-smoker, vegan. Trump claims to have abstained from liquor, smoking... doesn't mind a steak though.
Fundamentally, Hitler was a profound junkie. As is Trump. There is no doubt in my mind that Trump is actively using CNS stimulants. Methylphenidate or Dextroamphetamine. Cocaine intermittently as well, as throughout the debate process.
