The Democrats with MSM have consistently made insinuations about a Trump connection to Russia. These accusations have themselves been unproven but reliant on anonymous intelligence sources a number claiming intercept of tapped conversations.

Well those allegations are now firmly glued to the question of the legality of how any information was obtained, why and what Obama's involvement may have been.

The two become inseparable.

Now given the enmity of opposing forces to Trump and the many months they have had to reveal something substantive regarding Trump and the Russians it suggests there is little to find.

Leaving Obama's team very very exposed.

It may not be winning but any reasonable judgement would lead to you concede the orange buffoon is smarter than commonly thought and may well have their measure.

Having a hard time seeing how Trump's new immigration EO gets shot down in court. He removed the part prioritising Christian refugees, removed all references to it being a Muslim ban, allows green card holders to stay in the country, hell he even gave a ten day window before this thing takes effect. Had he thrown in a random non-Muslim country into the list of banned countries it would have been a slam dunk. I suppose a tiny window is open for the courts to challenge, but I'm not really seeing it.

Basically it addresses almost all of the issues the original EO had with the courts. Like I said, small window to argue that it is still a Muslim ban, as it only affects Muslim countries (as said earlier Trump should have thrown in a random non-Muslim majority country in for this very reason). Dont need to be a scholar in US law.

Because it's been proven to exist that Trumps camp had contacts with Russia. There is no denying that unless you're completely insane. Exactly. It blows me away that this declaration based on a Breitbart report (a speculative piece which didn't even accuse Obama by the way) from someone with Trumps record of demonstrably false statements is even being seriously considered.

As far as I can tell its one of 3 things:

1. Obama did order a wire tap on Trump (massive scandal for Obama)
2. Trump was tapped as part of a FISA warrant, so would have been signed off on by a federal judge (average scandal for Trump)
3. Trump is talking out of his arse (business as usual).
