Cripps said that he is 100% committed to Carlton long term & signed contract extension to back that up. Not much more you can ask of a young bloke.

He said so right after Cornes suggested it. He's still at the club and didn't ask to be traded post season. End of story as far as I'm concerned. If some of you blokes want to take conjecture and speculation as fact because it's something you want to hear and believe, knock yourselves out.

Here's a scoop for you, Just got off the phone to Cripps. He says Carltons a farking shithole and wants to come home. Prove that it isn't true.

Contracts can be broken if both sides agree.

So offer him lots of money, and make a trade too good to refuse.

Something like Balic (if he wants to return home) + Ibbo + Suban + Sutty + Zac Clarke + Zac Dawson should get it done. Seems to align with their recent trading philosophy of "more is more". And remember, Suban is a RESTRICTED FREE AGENT - so obviously our club values him highly.

They turned down pick 13+ a 2nd for a contracted 28 year old Gibbs Last year. I can't imagine us every offering enough to get Cripps whilst under contract.
