With the news that Ablett just won the Suns best & fairest I was wondering who would be the oldest player to ever win a club best & fairest? Could it be Ablett as a 33 year old? I checked a couple that I thought could have possibly been older but they were both younger, Brent Harvey being 32 and Riewoldt 31 when they both won their last b&f.

So who is the oldest b&f winner and who is the oldest from your club as well?

Kevin Murray would be my guess.

Nope 31. Same with Paul Roos by the looks of things.

Craig Bradley 29.

Tony Shaw 30.

Mark Mickan would have been 30 in 1991 for the Crows

Mckenna and Glass were both 30 when they won. Looks like theyre the oldest from the Eagles.

andrew mckay was 33 when he won carlton's bnf in 2003, not sure if he's the oldest there's been for the club.

horrie clover, 34
doull, 34 in the september
carrazzo, 33

Sam Mitchell says Hi.

So wait a shit campaigner that only played 14 games half heartedly according to BF won GC Best and Fairest, what a basket case of a club.

I don't think anyone has ever said he's a shit campaigner. Some have questioned how many games he has missed and his leadership.

He's obviously still a star, who Geelong should have to give a bit up for if they want to obtain a contracted player.

Almost as bad as Joel Selwood making AA.
His first half - 2/3rd of the season was bullet proof - he'll be top 5 in the brownlow come round 15.
