Edit: It would be similar to the Dangerfield trade, except Gaff in place of Gore. Obviously a much better deal, due to Cripps' age and contract status.

Which part of Cripps is contracted for 2 years did you somehow miss? The other guys were out of contract.

Now, if you were to offer Gaff, Venebles, and Duggan... along with your 2017 and 2018 first round pick... You might be getting close to Cripps value.

This is great news.

I think in recent years, the trend in organisations has been to put young people in charge of managing an organisation's social media. But they don't have the 'pay grade' to actually dictate policy. Meanwhile those on the right pay grade are removed from actually disseminating the message.

Assuming the org is big and public enough (which we are), you need a dedicated person in charge of this. Otherwise you get decisions, you get communication, but you don't get a synced 'message'.
