I know what you mean about the OoTP book v Movie . It would've been higher on my list if the death of my favourite character hadn't left me utterly devastated

The extremely simplified Snape's Worst Memory (in OotP) and Marauders reveal (PoA) scenes were among the most disappointing omissions in the movie series (and in my mind , took away from the otherwise solid acting/direction)
