That's news to me. So what's the process now?Rookie elevations aren't done using ND picks anymore. It's a separate process.

He was dropped back to the rookie last with Deluca this time last year, and upgraded to the senior list midseason due to seniors on the LTI. He's still a rookie.Grey is already on the senior list.
82 for Luke Hodge. Amirite? So 82 is like putting parsley on top the soup....just looks good

Clubs get to elevate any rookies on their list from that season without all the stupid late pick rubbish. Picks haven't been used for rookie elevations since 2013That's news to me. So what's the process now?

Where the rules I Google it but can't find anything on it .Rookie elevations aren't done using ND picks anymore. It's a separate process.

Our recruiters do their best work with late picks!
You can see an example of it here, from last year:Where the rules I Google it but can't find anything on it .

I can see him being next years Jeremy Howe if he plays permanently back. Oh well, I like the Dogs so I hope he does well and I'm confident we'll do good things with pick 40I would prefer either of Matera or Hamling to Crozier if that is a way of measuring things. Partly due to our needs, whereas Crozier has struggled to define a role for us. I hope he does well.

Nope, confirmed by Freo on twitter last week that Grey is on the senior list.He was dropped back to the rookie last with Deluca this time last year, and upgraded to the senior list midseason due to seniors on the LTI. He's still a rookie.
I'm sure it'd be in the big AFL rules document somewhere but this Wikipedia snippet covers it:Where the rules I Google it but can't find anything on it .
Yeah it's more the vibe of itTo be honest Howe showed more at Melbourne than Crozier did at Freo, if he does a Howe it would be a surprise
So that mean club can easily treat it as minimum 3 pick . I wonder Hawthorn did that last year .You can see an example of it here, from last year:

Before, there would have been a passed pick, then the next pick starts listing rookie list players as they are elevated. Now it's just players taken as picks.

Can see Balic being taken in the pre season and us paying overs for matera and wilson. Paranoid ??

Tell that to GWS.PSD threats never amount to anything. Teams don't want to piss off potential future trading partners.
Tell that to GWS.
