Andrew Russell was at Essendon in early 2000's, at Port when they were dominating early to mid 2000's and at Hawks since we've been a powerhouse team, it isnt a coincidence where-ever he goes the team dominates, i hope we have a quality replacement to train our guys.

Yeah i agree deserves a good send off.. but then again they didnt really do much for Ratts tonight despite being such a great servant and obviously having a really big impact on a lot of players..
