I posted this elsewhere but it is rel;evant in this thread as well...
2,000 in a stadium that holds 50,000 is more of the '10 diners in a pub stuff' that Marshall inflicted upon us a month ago. We can have 6,000 at a rally where there are no social distancing controls but only 2,000 at an event at which it is possible to social distance people 1.5 metres apart.
No hub snub: Buckley, Scott open to WA move if necessary
No co-incidence that the clubs from SA and WA are the first to go into hubs. I think the AFL were quietly hoping that the borders would open up early enough so no Vic clubs had to relocate to a hub in WA/SA/Qld.
The article says the AFL is expected to release its fixture for rounds six and seven after round three. Right now I think it's more likely that the Vic clubs will move to an interstate hub.

Collingwood coach Nathan Buckley says clubs need to be open-minded about a hubwww.afl.com.au
Only 2 positive tests reported in Australia today. NSW the only State to report a positive test.
16 cases over 4 days is Australia's lowest return since early March.
Hopefully we can keep this up.
That group is familiar with the term 'the greater good' but of course it doesn't apply to them when they're on the wrong end.Their opinions don't count, it is up to Eddie, Jack and Patty was the Vics do
If onlyAustralia is not that far away from beating COVID-19. We just do not need any cases from last weekend's rallies and we need people to stay away from rallies for the next month.
Plenty of time to protest once we have nil transmission in the community. Listening tp Gladys this morning I reckon she is itching to throw NSW open. She kept mentioning NSW being the first to.
It’s in the media nods head thread7 30 report had a story on the return of AFL footy featuring Port Adelaide.
Hope the club will upload or ABC put it up on a user friendly platform.
McGuire trying to throw mud.
Nothing to see here ollie did a short interview which looked like was at his house no one else was around except him the reporter and cameraman I don't think there is an issue especially since it was outdoors and not inside his house.Got told 7 interviewed him at his house on the news - prob a beach of protocols. Pretty moronic by him if that’s the case
I’ve not seen any of it

If AFL accredited media door stop or whatever interview format, you’d think the journalists would be following the AFL’s protocol guidelines too. Hard for an AFL player to say no to Channel 7.
