That all australian stat has a best before date on it i feel we will have 3 in the AA team and 2 of them will be players that will come from that post 2006 batch of players imo.

Boak is 2006, Dixon was developed by Gold Coast. Jonas, DBJ, Butters?

We'll see. I think the only lock is Boak at this stage.

That article has aged well 😂😂😂
Basically it is saying that even though the current Chad is average, lazy and unfit and regularly injured they made the right call because they have ample defenders lol

Would welcome Wingard back but it is odd that he's completely hopeless, even as a forward for us 20 possessions/game was also what he gave us.

That said I can't say we won that trade considering Burton is always injured and that Wingard still has 2x AAs and a B&F over the trade package

My theory is and always has been that gut running til your near ready to collapse is the reason why goalkicking is so poor.

skills haven’t gotten worse, only kicking for goal. It’s well known across all sports that people execute skills poorly when they’re suffering fatigue in their muscles and when they’re mentally fatigued.

footballs running and physical contact are far more challenging on the body than basketball or soccer.

I’m not sure why people keep asking why goalkicking is so poor. It’s obvious I think.

West Coast should bounce back against Essendon next round, though Richmond will thrash Freo also. Good battle on for the top 4. Port will have to earn their spot or they will find themselves in 5th.

The counter argument is that they made the wrong decision ‘Even if chad is good’ because the rest of the team is average and ageing.

They need to build for next group rather than try to hang on with current side.

Yeah but those 2 AAs and BnF were with us. We have them plus Duursma and Burton. Hawthorn have a lazy player who doesn't look like getting back to anything like a BnF or All Australian. We are killing this trade.

Mate our guys can miss 20 meters out straight in front in the first 5 minutes of a game.
Half the time you can see there going to miss just by there run up.
