As a criminal it's kerr, cousins doesn't do criminal things in the line of fights which i see as more criminal for some reason. Maybe it's just me.

Technically Ben Cousins is the crimminal for taking illegal substances banned by the Governemnt, Kerr's case would be heard in the Civil court. However Kerr + Fletcher + Cuz are all the guys who take drugs
