Eughhhhhhhhhh. Frustrating as ****, dominated around the ball most of the night and the first half in particular but couldn't put them away.
Defence around the ground was torn apart. Zone didn't really stop them when they got the ball.
ANB and Jordon seemed very fumbly and ordinary with the ball, though copped a few hospital balls each. Forward line a dogs breakfast after halftime. Someone needs to tell Kozz to stay on the ground, flies for marks in packs and leaves us with **** all when it inevitably hits the deck.

On the other hand the Pies showed the value of being more aggressive. **** this play the %, back yourselves off you can

Also, Goody, one tall forward (Jackson doesn't count as he spends most of his time in the middle) clearly doesn't work when we try to bring down ****ing satellites with our inside 50 kicking.

Just play JVR and see if he can at least bring the ball to ground. Our offensive game just isn't built to win high pressure last quarters at the moment.

Are we not able to handle another team coming hard at us? Where were the leaders when the game was there to be won? They brought the heat in the second half and we played right into their hands with the ****ing handballs and trying to take on tacklers which the umpires were all too excited to reward (does prior opportunity exist?).

This one's on the coaches for not being able to change it at 3 quarter time. They kept coming and we kept playing into their hands.

Pretty heartbreaking loss to be honest, could see it a mile off though. Absolutely dominated early, clearances and going forward, but just couldn't hit the scoreboard. Add to that, our defence looked mediocre, Collingwood scored easily every time they went in, their defence rebounded easily everytime we went in.

Reckon we've had had 2 or 3 enjoyable wins for the season, rest have been frustrating stranglewanks.

We'll likely finish outside the 4, and an elimination final after a couple of years of lockdown is just not enough.

Piss poor.
