Caroline Wilson 'reporting' (her words) that Leon Cameron will likely be with us as a coach next year.

Not unhappy about that. I don't rate him as a senior coach but he was pretty highly rated as an assistant at the Bulldogs and Hawthorn before his time at GWS.
so which of our coaches are leaving?

I could see Leon Cameron taking a football department role similar to what Alan Richardson has done at Melbourne since he left the Saints. I just don't see which of our coaches are likely to leave or be let go. Unless Cox heads back West or Pyke gets the Essendon job.

Personally I'd be pretty happy with that though as S120 said, more a management role than coaching.
I wonder how that would be structured.
I like how things are, though Horse has said many times that we are seriously stretched so I can see that an additional resource could be valuable.
I guess Leon has settled in Sydney.

I don't see how that can be anything but a good thing. You don't get to be a head coach without being able to coach multiple areas competently so that would give great flexibility. He's had the wood over us in finals so maybe he can help out there.
Don Pyke has been really positive for us so here's hoping it's another layer

Brandon Jack - Swans ressies 2014 GF loss
we lost with a Norm Smith medalist, Brownlow medalist, 4x All Australians (T. Mitchell, R. O'Keefe, I. HEENY, C. MILLS), 6x Premierships (R. O'Keefe x2 T.Nankervis x3, S. Biggs) and an NFL All-Pro Punter (M. Dickson)
and Tim Membrey, Zak Jones, George Hewett

Perhaps Charlie Gardiner is moving on...

or dare to dream - Tom Harley replacing Gil at the top and Gardiner into his role.

I wondered that too!
Was pretty sure Gale was a shoo in for Gil's job but you never know.
I have no idea if Leon would be a good replacement for Charlie who seems to work well with everyone.
Either way, interesting times!

swans finish third (equal second) and not one player worth a spot in espn's AA team ...

If I'm being totally honest, I don't know if we deserved one. We haven't had a single stand-out player all year - Mills probably the closest, and Heeney in terms of being the best in the comp in his position (and both were named in the actual team anyway, so there's that.)

I feel like we're such an even team across the field that we aren't reliant on one player to dominate. Our best players could look different on any given week and I think that's our strength. I'd rather have that and win a flag than have a bunch of players winning individual accolades in a team not functioning all that great.

i agree with that for sure ... but it's more that it's one more sign of how we seem to be overlooked generally by the media
unless it's when we lose a game we're expected to win, and then they love jumping on

Mate they put Petracca at Half Forward, I'd take Heeney in that position 100 times in a row over Tracc
