Not unhappy about that. I don't rate him as a senior coach but he was pretty highly rated as an assistant at the Bulldogs and Hawthorn before his time at GWS.
Cameron was rated highly for the job he did in developing young GWS talent but he struggled to take them the next step, to sustained success. He could be an excellent coach of developing players.

I agree, I don't understand the knocks on him as a head coach. For the Giants to have been quite successful in making and also winning finals despite the constant player exits and ongoing injury issues at the club is actually pretty amazing.

In addition, all the big games v Swans, the Giants won. Not an easy feat and a feather in the cap, albeit granted through gritted teeth! He won some big finals games, backs against the wall v Pies in Prelim was some effort. They were too busted up, in GF to compete unfortunately. That may impact his legacy, but it shouldn’t. I rate Cameron highly.

I read somewhere he was a possible for Essendon, but it could come down to club and list status. I suspect a team from the Swans academy could knock over the Essendon senior list.
The same list we lost to earlier in the year? 🥴

Not too bad...

"..At the 2018 draft, the Swans picked up Nick Blakey, James Rowbottom, Justin McInerney and Robbie Fox.

At the 2019 draft, Sydney's selections included Chad Warner and Dylan Stephens.

The club's 2020 draft crop was headlined by Logan McDonald and Tom Hickey (from West Coast) with NSW zone picks Braeden Campbell and Errol Gulden...

Fox was drafted in 2016.

Didn't see the tongue in cheek?

No, really though, we should never have lost that game. It was one of those frustrating games we sometimes just throw away against a lesser side even as we beat really good teams. If we judged teams on whether they beat us we might as well turn the ladder upside down.

Good read in Code sports today by Paul Amy about the 2002 VFL GF which Geelong beat Port/Swans , the Cats had 6 AFL premiership players and 4 for us .
In the Port team we had O'KEEFE ,ABLETT, BENNETT, BROCKMAN, BUCHANAN ,FILANDIA , MCPHERSON , ROSE , SUNDQUIST , SCHNEIDER , STEVENS , might have been a couple of others as well . Great game which we should have won , but we lost McPherson and Filandia during the game .

Congratulations to Damian Barrett for achieving an incredible milestone this week, focusing on Buddy for a record 7th time in his Sliding Doors segment.

Fun fact, he's focused on Buddy in this segment more times (7) than he has all other Swans players (6).

Must be nice to be paid so much money to be so useless at your job.
Tell me how many of them aren't useless at their job?

Am I missing something or did they cover every final except ours?
