The times I have seen Marshall a little bit hit and miss . Reminds me a bit of Sam Reid Swans , has some attributes but can disappear for long periods.

Port disappeared for long periods of time too. You might be reading too much into this. Also dixon is their main target up forward so he'll be losing some ball there

It’d be 1 first plus Marshall. I’m not even sure it would be a high first rounder. Marshall is worth a high first rounder on his own.

What doesn’t make sense to me is why they’d let Marshall go and not force Sinn to go instead. Would be a win for us, but a cluster f*** for Port - losing your young key forward after a 45 goal season.

Ratagolea coming in might make marshall a VFL player.

3800 points is what Adelaide offered us for 1 last year. Rawling set this as the benchmark day 1 of trade week.

Marshall + 8 + F1 is fair.

If we trade it now we have much more flexibility in what we can get back.

The Megamind Trade really is quite simple;
Trade 1: *** > Port for Pick 8, future 1st and Marshall (or Sinn/Bergman).
Trade 2: Pick 1 > GWS for 3, 12 and 18.
Trade 3: Pick 8, 12 > WCE for 2.
Trade 4: Pick 18 > Saints for Clark.

We start with; *** and Pick 1
and finish with; Picks 2, 3, Marshall, Clark and Port’s future 1st.

Now if Port can just stop being petulant, entitled dicks we can start getting some trades done. I mean it is trade week after all.

One final piece of the puzzle. when trading with west coast tell them also not to deal with port for rioli and then we take him in PSD. West coast can then have the possibility of getting jackson in psd if freo cant figure a trade. everyone wins besides port who are dealing with paying a whiny little brat 800k a year and dont have a first pick next year.

I think if they trade in a future 2nd they can then trade out the future 1st.

It could be something like Marshall + Pick 8 + future 1st for JHF + future 2nd.

It's a bit like the Judas trade - if GWS really are that desperate for it, they'll pay up more for it closer to draft day, which is not for another six weeks.

If we can do 3, 12 and a later pick in the teens for Clark for example it’s more than fair. For a two pick downgrade, a player most expect we’re not overly fussed about isn’t going to get us much more value if any at all. I say that thinking 3 & 12 is fair fwiw, but I’d love to get Clark done in there.

Sounds like clark is 100% a no go. Saints don't wanna deal him.
