The odds are significantly in Trumps favor, if he doesn't believe this to be true then its significantly +ve EV to take a position on Harris. Kelly's would probably suggest a significant payroll sizing.
Those that complain about the markets reveal their hands.
No doubt the response would be "bla bla trump controlled betting, trump controlled companies wont pay, trump billionaires will blackmail/threaten winning Harris bets etc etc"
