Wrong sport I know, but that was the first name I thought of as well when I read the thread title.![]()
Here's a name for the old timers
Graham Molloy, he won the Tassie Medal in 1969, playing for South Australia, went to Melbourne in 1970 & did SFA in 68 VFL games
Or one of a more recent vintage?
Donald Dickie, had a very good 1st up season in Port's 1st AFL year (1997), then had that infamous non collision with Scott Wynd in 1998, and was practically never seen again.

How about Shane Ellen.
Kicked five goals for the Crows, in the '97 GF, another premiership medal in '98, and faded quickly after that.
Watching Seven right now.
Chris Judd.
Will get it back hopefully.
For west Coast - Craig Turley.![]()
Didn't he give up AFL to go surfing?
Yep. But then Melbourne drafted him. He was a shadow of himself at demon land![]()
I saw Stephen Jurica's first couple of games and thought he was going to be awesome. He was on fire one Friday night against Essendon. I seriously thought he was capable of doing anything.
Then a few years ago I saw him struggling to get a kick for North Ballarat in the VFL.
Thats right, he looked like he wasn't interested. He didn't play many games at the Dee's did he?
