Doggies copped a few injuries against Richmond and also in the two's.

Significant challenge off a 5 day break but Bont and Darcy playing in the same team are a challenge for every other team.

If the dogs do not win this one you can forget about them being contenders. The swans have a huge problem in Sam. The most likely match up is Mccartin and he is 194 cms giving away a whopping 14 cms.

Dogs by 20 points.

They'll just chop his arms all night like all other teams

Rampe used to beat guys 14+cm taller than him quite a bit.
Sam Darcy's timing is incredible though.

As much a he's my favourite non-bulldog, we have to put a hard tag on Blakey. He can do it all.

Obviously Gulden. In terms of team structure and how the players fit in around their game style, Gulden is one of the most important.
He plays inside and outside and there's no better at reading the play.

Huge acquisition.
Yeah, he's still a while away from full fitness but just his presence made an immediate impact on how we move the ball.

This is also the first time we've had a fit Callum Mills to compliment the big 3 in Heeney, Warner and Gulden. This is the best side we've fielded in years so no more excuses for us now.

I heard from Purple this am that Bont and Sam have only played together in 3 games this season with our smallest winning margin in those 3 games 70 points.

Im really looking forward to my first live game of the season :)

Dogs by 80, umpires finally start paying Sam some of the holding and chopping frees hes been missing and the Swans fans who dont know the rules go bananas.

Or, umpires listen to the crowd and dogs only win by 20. Gulden back is a huge plus for them.

Unsure if you know the history of the swans, the dogs and umpiring but I can tell you, you get the rub of the green.

Swans almost at full strength, Dogs slightly overated for mine, will be a cracking game though.

Let’s hope the players win it (either team) rather than sh*t umpiring.

Intrigued to see how Darcy goes, more concerned with shutting down Richards and the Bont. Swans starting to get defensive game going will be a super test!

Can't believe the comment both teams are inconsistent. The dogs are anything but they have lost 6 games the most by 22 points to hawks after the bye their worst game of the season.

They have beaten all teams they been favoured to beat except the hawks. Cannot see why this trend will not continue.
