Man those umpires tried hard that last quarter
What an absolute waste of an opportunity to get half a game into a kid. Instead, we play a 100+ game 27 year old that we know will never be in our best 23. This is why we’ll never genuinely contend, we limit our ceiling by favouring experienced spuds when opportunity to unearth better players presents.

And we are now in the position where we haven’t tested our squad adequately to know who should get first crack
Rankine, Soligo, Dawson, Peatling played well. Fog and Tex chipped in when needed.
Thilthorpe and Curtin both quite after great games last week.
I feel like we would have lost that game in the past once Dees got that run on in the 2nd. Very happy that we were able to get the game back on to our terms and get back on front. We didn't play well but got the win. Take the 4 points and move on.

What the hell was he trying to do with his ridiculous attempts at those high marks. He was no chance at marking them but just about injured one of his team mates.
