Huge loss... which could cost them finals.
Can't see them doing any finals damage without him as crucial player.

To be fair Milera wasnt great early in the season, why many of us wanted him to find form 1st in the sanfl.Yes, this!!
Worrell was a one-man WALL in that last quarter.
Rankine snapped that beautiful goal on his left then danced and waited for Tex to get into position for that long goal.
Thilthorpe, strong, great hands, elite at ground level, virtually unbeatable one-on-one.
I've apologised previously for my critical remarks about Milera until about Round 8, ish; he really impressed me yesterday.
Sydney owes us.I suspect Sydney will be more competitive. Maybe even a sneaky chance to win that one on their home turf.

ROB had the better of Meek at stoppages.Interesting to see Lloyd Meek on the bench going over footage on the laptop with Brett Ratten in game, obviously Mitchell had issues with the way he was matching up on ROB.
Watching the replay now & before the game interview Dawson said he prides himself on the defensive side, including tackling. He really does it all.
12 tackles as well, averages 7 a game which is huge.
I'm still sore in my calf from cramp Wednesday night.Had one in the hamstring the other night, made me fall off my chair.
FU cramps
Biggest crowd for a while. The crowd was on last night. Even when we got our first goal, the crowd was still very upbeat and loud - and it just got better from there.
That last 30 seconds or so where everyone was on their feet was special. I don’t think I’ve ever seen everyone on their feet like that.
There’s something special happening
Moves like a jungle cat! So, on all fours then?Just like what the Producers of the original James Bond movie Dr. No saw in Sean Connery... he moves like a jungle cat.
On TV it looked spontaneous and very happy.I do wonder if that applause was a massive realisation we are finally out of the 7 year abyss and have the goods to be a contender.
Off night & been great nearly all season.Re: Peatling of whom I was a big fan until ...
His fumble early in the first really worried me; it smacked of hearing footsteps as 2 Hawks pounced, poached the ball and goaled from it.
That kind of fumbly hesitance under pressure is not what we need going forward.
Anybody at the ground; did he just have an off-night or is there cause for concern?
Quieter night, but what he did he did well.Fogarty's touch and smarts at key moments was massive. Absolutely massive.
Absolutely if he wants to play on... but does need to be managed.Another 1 year contract for Walker. You would be crazy not to.
They work really well, and quite quicklyI'm still sore in my calf from cramp Wednesday night.
I'm told I should try magnesium supplements.
Suggest watching the game closer as for the most part Bond had decent disposal.I thought he looked a liability when he had the ball
Our best mid clearance wise tooROB had the better of Meek at stoppages.
In career best form.
KG is drunk
Good interview with Hugh Bond this morning on 5AA

Was our only decent midfielder in the 1st quarter! Our best mid clearance wise too
Biggest crowd for a while.
Seemed more Hawks supporters than Port supporters last week.
