Just hope he is right to go and plays again. If it's season on the line, maybe we risk him, otherwise wait until finals.
What a boost he will bring.

He’s pushing for the first final.

Melbourne lost to the Doggies by a kick last game.Of course he isn’t happy. We did not pump them or play at our best. We have beaten one side all season, Collingwood last week. We have failed every important test this year. This game had to be a 60+ win. We did not manage. Annoying.
We will end up in an elimination final scenario again as we haven’t won away all year against a team of merit, but for the swans round 1, and their season proved that the win wasn’t anything special.

Let us dream even as sub he could cause chaos. He’s pushing for the first final.
Dees are capable on their day and our record against them was poor.Melbourne lost to the Doggies by a kick last game.
You start the next week how you ended the previous week. If the last 5 minutes spurs the Dees to upset the Pies I’ll take the hit on percentage!Happy to win, as others have already said, felt like we left a lot out there, and % may come back to bite us in the ass.
That's my point.Dees are capable on their day and our record against them was poor.
Just happy for the win and playing finals.
Lets hope they have 1 lastwin in them this season.
We’re also 10-6 without Will Day (and 5-1 with him). Given the volume of injuries this year, and the increased scrutiny, it’s a massive step forward…Reflecting on the season this stat is pretty huge. It's a milestone.
It feels like we haven't played as well as we did last year, bar a few games like last week. Yet here we are with more wins on the board.
Regardless of how the finals campaign pans out that's a great springboard going into next season.
When we lost 3 consecutive games mid season (Gold Coast, Lions & Pies) i thought we were shot Sis & Moore in poor form Day injured etc..That's my point.
Demanding 10 goal wins silly.
The important thing is we got the win.
Disagree. They won a lot of vital stats against us. I think they aren’t far off. Aren’t they top 4 for scores and clearances from stoppages over a 6-8 week period? With a few changes to personnel I can see them bounce back yo into the 4-8 pack. Whether they can get up to being a flag contender again, I’m not so sure.Btw, the Dee's hardly get blown away but, they are losing games now , future has death written all over it. Buckley is not going to fix shit. He apparently thinks they have a finals list!! Spare me.

We should be 1% ahead of Collingwood in 4th spot, not 1% behind Collingwood in 5th.
You even said its the closest season ever. Kicking straight matters. We blew so many chances.
65% tog for Ward and 63% for Newcombe which is pretty much level with what Nash and Worps had in their higher rotation quarters.
Newcombe has had fairly low tog the last 2 games.
Kicked over the line. The ump telling how he had to do it.Minor gripe but why was Kozzie allowed to come around off his line with that kick after the siren? Thought that kick was always immediately play on?
