Boak deserves a send off but there was always absolutely no chance of me attending this game. The last game i attended was the Thursday night Carlton match, there were at least some glimpses up until that point of an okay team, not many but some but we've been a disgrace ever since and the blinds can't close on the Ken Hinkley 2025 charade quick enough.

Meh, we're not winning any SANFL flags this year. Give everyone AFL games if we can, avoid wasting time with a pointless final, let everyone have the longest preseason possible and focus on 2026.

Hopefully this offseason we can do some work that boosts our depth a bit and leaves us in a better position from top to bottom to be challenging in both comps, but we'll have to wait and see how they do that.

Just to play devils advocate, SANFL finals are played at a reasonable intensity so it wouldn't be the worst thing for our young bucks to experience.

I don't think we are ever going to prioritise the SANFL over the AFL, I'm sure Ramm and Mackinlay would rather a debut at AFL level than playing for a finals spot in the SANFL too.
