The people (majority) want a multicultural Australia but there are concerns about mass immigration. Our parents/grandparents came to this country with a purpose....to start a family, work and enhance this country.

Today the hordes of people that come in aren't vetted, they don't speak english and some don't work at all and live comfortably off government benefits.

It needs to change.

We have enough wealth in Australia that if we taxed large corporations and mega wealthy individuals (and I don't mean some earning $250K a year on a trade or owning a house worth 1.2 mil) and nationalised our resources or charged proper royalties to access them we could afford to pay those people (if they actually exist) whatever we wanted anyway and would not lose anything.

If all the people focused on these stupid rallies focused on that stuff instead then all the issues facing this country could begin to be addressed. But they don't because that would require hard work and commitment instead of scapegoating and having excuses to behave like arseholes toward people.

Angers the crap out of me because the requirements on mine and my wives legally owned and licenced firearms are likely to come under more scrutiny yet again because of the actions of a bloke that used an illegal home made weapon to kill.

Add to this the new requirement for me now to have to have evidence of our agriculture venture just to retain my machete that i use for blackberry and bracken control under the agriculture worker exemption due to people again using them illegally to assault others in shopping malls.

The kid's parents didn't push it on to the kid. The school didn't push it on to the kid. There's no radical "woke agenda" pushing it on to the kid. It's just a kid deciding this is how they feel most comfortable.

Despite what you heard Rita Panahi tell you, gender affirming surgery straight up isn't available for under 18s in Australia. Hormone treatments and meds generally aren't available for minors in Australia either. There's some gray area for children over the age of 16 but not yet 18 (suggest you learn about Gillick Competency if you actually want to know what you're talkinga bout), but under 16 year olds? Essentially doesn't happen.

When are they allowed to start taking hormones? I have a close friend who’s daughter went through a phase at about 12-14 that she wanted to be male, my friends were supportive but didn’t want her to take hormones that would be irreversible, they had to battle her for that. she’s now 17 and identifies as female again and is into boys.

Year 1? How olds that? 6/7? That’s pretty young to be making decisions that will shape the rest of your life.
