Really weird selection call from them. It would be like if we still had Jake Kelly on the list and we decided to play him instead of Michalanney

The difference between McStay's recent form and Cox's average is nothing like the difference between Kelly and Max. In our earlier game Cox had 5 hitouts to TT's 2 whereas most recent was TT 14 to McStay's 4. Neither had any scoreboard or possession influence. If both were to repeat their efforts, I can't see how the Pies will be any worse off. Just on being a bit better served when the second rucks go at it is probably as much reason as is necessary.

If they get too comfortable bombing long because there's a 7 foot bloke there it'll probably end up being counterproductive. They showed in the first quarter of the last game how the can score against us, they need to concentrate on doing that for longer and only bomb as a last resort. Same as us, bombing onto Tex and Fog doesn't work either, it's only the goliaths like TT that can perform with that kind of delivery.

That is the only MCG game I've ever attended. Went over with my Crows-supporter girlfriend at the time, and two Collingwood supporting mates. They were grumpy as **** at half time, haha. Different story by the end of the match.
