Why am I on their side? Pretty simple really, because of how the Palestinians have been treated.

They aligned with the allies (us) in WW1 to free themselves from the Ottoman Empire on the promise of having an independent country, only to be stabbed in the back by the British, because Zionists were working against them in the British government and wanted to establish the state of Israel.

The Palestinians were deceived by the Zionists that they were not looking to create their own state and just wanted to live with them. Except they didn’t, the Zionists had a set goal of creating Israel when they moved there post WW1.

Admittedly Jews were treated disgracefully though out Europe for hundreds of years, oh the wells gone bad, it’s the Jews fault and a pogrom kicks off and all of a sudden Jews are being slaughtered and their shops and houses are being destroyed. That is something that always needs to be considered when discussing the reason why Zionists wanted to create a state where they’d be safe. And also after WW1 countries and borders were shifted like we hadn’t seen before. So that I get.

So while the Brits promised the Palestinians their own independence if they helped them fight the ottomans, they were also promising the Zionists a piece of Palestine to start their project of creating the state of Israel.

When the Zionists started going there after WW1 (maybe during WW1 I’m going by memory here) they had a plan to buy farms, land, businesses etc… from the Palestinians and then only let other Zionists work the fields, they’d only sell to other Zionists and soon enough the Palestinians realised what was going on and raised their concerns with the British who were still in control of the region, but it fell on deaf ears because of the Balfour declaration.

Eventually the Brits had enough of the Zionists because of their tactics to provoke the increasingly more agitated Palestinians because the Zionists were under the protection of the British military under orders from back home, got so bad that the British military in Palestine resented the Zionists so much because they were forced to protect the Zionists against Palestinians who they literally fought along side of.

Man I coukd keep going, but I just realised that it would take me forever.

Long story short, eventually the Zionists created Israel and created an apartheid state, and now they’re committing genocide.
