Dawes and Heritier turned this club around with their premiership experience, Mihocek will do the same.

If it works out its a shrewd move by sKing, if it fails its a WHAT WAS TIM LAMB THINKING???
Ben Kennedy erasure!

Now Ben Kennedy was a player I forgot about. I think he kicked a ripper goal against gws in his debut game for the club and I don't remember anything else. I'm surprised he played 15 games, thought it was something like 3.

We had a few blokes of that era have one or two good games where you think we've found one, then they get hirt/dropped and disappear forever.

Ben Newton I think had a good debut for us with a snag or two and did nothing thereafter.

Wowee what a signing. A 33 year old Brody Mihocek.

Will be as useful as Shane McAdam.

Well done Melbourne.

Or as useful as 34 year old Melksham?

Tim Lamb and Richo: We need to get older. 2 first rounders for Houston. 1 year later, selling the farm to get younger. How on earth Tim Lamb is still in a job is unbelievable.

Thank you sweet Christian for creative internal issues at the club because without that Houston would be at the Dees and it would've put us back 5 years.

Chasing Houston was crazy then, and even crazier now after seeing the season Houston had and then absolutely mental considering we're gutting the list now.

Was the only one of our players I remember playing well against the Essendon b-team. No harm keeping that one erased from memory.

Yeah I fortunately couldn't go as my work had a function down the road and I watched the storm game instead. They pumped Newcastle that day. What I do remember was Viney talking about the players getting big heads after beating GWS the previous round. Almost 10 years later things still feel the same. Big heads producing 8 wins in the season.

What a forward line, Mihocek, McAdam, Melksham, Chandler, Fritsch, Van Rooyen, Jefferson.

We will be lucky to score 4 goals a game.
We are going to score less goals than this past season adding in a guy that kicked 36 for the season at 1.6 a game?

Is he a perfect fit? No, but we are not losing anything by adding him, it’s just an addition. Premiership player from another club, outside perspective that can help lead our young forward players into developing their own games.

Don't mind Mihocek, good player and good kick.

Flanders is disappointing, still don't think moving on Trac & Clarry for picks in a compromised draft is good business.

Suns won't want to give us 6+7, they need at least one of those picks for their three academy guns.

Let's see how it plays out.

I was disappointed with Mihocek being reported, but two is better than a three year deal, so i am relatively okay with that

I still don't know what this means for how we operate forward next season with both he and melksham

What odds will you give me that we kick a bigger points total next year than we did this year with your precious Clarry and Trac? Surely 5-1?

As much as I love a good old fashioned Goody kicking, the players deserve a fair portion of blame too. Other sides pledge to take pay cuts to lure free agents etc. Our mob screamed “we getting paid” and signed up on huge money until the never never.
Yep. Can't disagree with that.
