The last few games of the season just gone I was questioning myself. " what am I actually doing here" THAT richmond game ? I mean holy ****, that was a disgrace to football, richmond was just as embarrassingly bad. The carlton game ? Why would you put yourself through that absolute lost cause of a game ? Even CH.7 refused to show it.

Is it a reinjured ACL? Everything I’ve read is ambiguous, it’s the same knee but the surgery he had was his choice, i.e., it wasn’t necessary to do the surgery so it’s not a complete re-rupture. I’m wondering if it’s a PCL or a meniscus or something… still related to the initial injury, but different.

I really wish we knew the circumstances of the slip that caused this. Was it doing a drill he really shouldn't have been doing? Was it completely innocuous tripping over something in the gym or cafe?

I mean yeah, but this sort of thing has been going on long before he came around. Rumours suggest that it was due to Martin tripping and falling on it in the wrong place. Plus Martin would have had a program from the surgeon and previous regime too.

I'm not saying it's not his fault, I'm saying that you can't just assume it's his fault.

Not to blame him for anything but wasn’t this a feature of his previous role? Lots of injuries in the first year and then really solid conditioning and fewer injuries after that?
