Yeah i do the old momentum rock to get out of the fart sack sometimes. I count it as a situp so i do at least 7 a weekI need to rock backwards and forwards several times to work up enough momentum to lever myself out. Not quite as bad as my husband though. At 64, he almost needs a forklift to help him get out of our couch.
