Err no I don’t. There is all levels of any crime. You can be charged with assault for pushing someone or bashing them within an inch of their life. Both carry different sentences

They would have had discovery from the prosecution ie the victim's statement of events. He maintained he wasn't even there and made up false uber receipts to try and get away from the location.
