The Board of Peace is not registered, nor is it a legal US entity or government initiative. So Trump will want to make sure he has not received a dime. He is rhetorically linking it with the White House. So if he continues down this path he will be in some serious trouble.

Yes there are and they can do nothing to Trump. Is the International Court of Justice going to send armed commandos to arrest him?

Congress could, but won't. Its a crime, so what, so is launching a coup, taking classified documents, interfering in the Georgia election, taking bribes from governments like planes or gold bars, taking bribes for pardons. In any event the Supreme court gave him immunity for much of it.

I still see all those commentators go on and on about this illegal action or that illegal action. They could not even manage to convict him and jail him before he was president again. Anybody thinking the law is going to punish him is living in a fantasy world.
