In my understanding, when a person admits their guilt they are demonstrating they have remorse. Even Tony Abbott regretted some comments he made (but one might argue that if he had only made the same comments on his Twitter feed that he would also double-down). Abbott is a Rhodes Scholar, so he is smart enough to know that his comments do not look good.

It’s not looking good for Morrison’s side of the story. The Indonesian President has already asked our diplomat for a please explain re:Anning. The terrorist Anning is funded by the Australian tax payer to visit terror cells and radicalise youths (even those outside of his electorate). Aly’s Video apparently was viewed by millions of people. There have been nearly 3000 NewsCorp articles in one year that are negative towards Islam. The Australian Government has an offshore concentration camp (how many prisoners are Muslim?). Pauline Hanson knows Kochie on a first name basis on Scumrise (I wouldn’t have a clue what his first name is). ASIO have commented on the “robust” language used by our politicians (which they also countered, stating they should be allowed to say these things).

This is an international incident, an Australian basketballer had “Egg boy” sharpied on his NBA boots during an NBA game, and not too many people overseas will be flicking on Sky News and Channel Ten to find out what Andrew Bolt’s take on the matter is.

There should be a formal investigation. A formal no confidence motion. A formal resignation.

Furthermore, if anyone asks me, in my understanding Bill Shorten currently holds (along with a few other people) the balance of power in Parliament House. But even still, from what I also understand, there are only supposed to only be a few fringe terrorists in Parliament House - not all of The Liberal Party are radicalised nutjobs...?

But even if all of the Liberals are under a directive to save their boss under any circumstance, even at the risk of tarnishing their own moral standards and reputation . The rest of Parliament House can still put forth the proposition of a formal investigation.

Bill Shorten needs to demonstrate that he has the fortitude of courage and belief as demonstrated by "Egg Boy", rather than just blame social media.
