Eventually when we change coach, I hope the focus is on a candidate who is a skills based focused coach. It is great to pressure, it is great to win the contested ball and clearances, but if you can't hit a target then it is all for nothing.

. I said it above, but being consistently unable to stop opposition momentum indicates he is tactically inflexible, which is a huge weakness. Think of all those games in 2013 where we played brilliantly from that start, got a good lead and then went into our shells and ultimately got beaten when the opposition got a bit of momentum (vs Geelong early that year sticks out).
