Has anyone here managed to snag a GF ticket with priority 3 membership? I’ve got Full MCC but the rest of the family are only P3 GFC members.

Only way P3 would get one would be if the are trying to fill single seats and there's no single P1 or P2 left

More P2 miss out than get seats so P3 shouldn't get a sniff

Im perfectly fine with standing room but i have small kids who would not see with standing room.

It would seem to be the same answer as per info from the weekend:

PRIORITY ONE – GUARANTEED*

Membership Types - Social Club, 1859, Premiership Membership
Registration Time – 9am – 6pm AEST on allocated day.

* Any Social Club, 1859, Premiership Membership who does not register under the correct priority group or instead elect to register within the Priority Two or Priority Three will have waived their right to a guaranteed ticket. It does not matter what time you register during the designated timeframe as all registrations will be randomised to determine the order in which tickets will be allocated.

At the time of registration, members can elect not to receive Standing Room ticket(s), however if all members in your group are able to stand for the duration of the day, we strongly recommend all members select Option 1 – ‘I will accept the best available ticket – including Standing Room’ at the time of registering to retain guaranteed (Priority 1) access to a Grand Final ticket.

Have never missed out as a P1 selecting no to standing zone in 5 attempts

My KRAFTS is kicking in, but from memory, I'm pretty sure it is just the 12 digits we enter

I rarely buy tickets thru the year…. I did for Gather round whch was what …Dec last year. and sure enough got timed out.

As I said. I hate ticketek with its time ticking down and timed out rubbish ..and who knows how to change an email address

I've never had much issue myself but tomorrow should be fine as there's a big window of time to get registered.

No it's not, and I'm talking back to season 2008. Happy to be advised otherwise, but having has both Home and Hom & Away memberships through all those years, it's always the same barcode per member, see my previous detailed post above.

The main reason I see for confirmation of details is more around ones priority group as sometimes folks aren't necessarily sure on that - more so P3s confirming they're P3 and not P2

Yeah, and that's fair enough as I'm sure this has caught people out before. The whole standing versus non-standing for P1 is complete BS to be honest.

Like others here I'm just surprised by the hysteria regarding barcodes this year, it's not that hard, and arguably the email and SMS comms from the club (arguably per instruction of the AFL) is tenfold to what it was during our big-run decades back (yes technically we can now say decades )

Yes, previous entries had P1 during a 2hr period then P2 for 2hrs then P3 etc

In 2022, I forgot that Priority #1 finished at 12pm. It was a scary time logging on to Ticketek at 11.55am and trying to get it all done in the 5 mins remaining.

This year has been much smoother.
