Reckon Brook is the best natural striker of the ball England has had since David Gower. We will need to get him soon after lunch. Their tail is pretty ordinary.

Strangely poor session of cricket so far? Bowling's been all over the place but England have played some shit shots and missed a couple of half volleys on leg...

This has continued into this session. I cant for the life of me remember the last time we bowled so many poor deliveries (and remarkably Boland being the main culprit) yet somehow, on what looks a pretty good batting wicket, England are now 7 for 160 haha..

Me: well for decades the approach in Perth is get on the back foot, trust the bounce, preserve your wicket and punish the odd bad ball.

Him: Yes, not really how we approach test cricket.

Me: Nope. We won the toss, batted and were all out in 32 overs.

Him: ****ing Bazball (he’s not a fan).
