I get the impression with the mega bucks West Coast have just sitting there that they aren't even allowed to use, that having enough money was never in question - it's just used grossly inefficiently by the WAFC.

Not enough investment by the AFL into Grass roots. Will take more than the WC/Freo funding to change it.

Maybe - has absolutely nothing to kick to though most of the time, doesn’t help. Honestly think the same player at a Geelong or Brisbane would be a revelation. Think about Voss at Freo.
