What a crazy fall from grace for this team.
Gone from odds on super bowl favourite and basically considered the benchmark when it comes to being a well run organisation. To this disfunctionional rabble that leaks internal squabbles against itself and can't even communicate with their QB about if he's healthy enough to play in 24 hours time.

To go from odds on favourite for the SB to Eliminated from playoffs by week 16 is a blight on this coaching staff.
We lead the league in Fumbles ffs.
It's the same mistakes every year killing us in critical situations.
We need a change, Harbaugh has taken us as far as he can go.
It feels like there are no standout offensive coaching candidates this year either which kind of sucks

I don't know how you fix it, but the team consistently seems ill-prepared, makes unforced errors and fail to make corrections in real time that everyone else can see.

9 min to go, up by 3 and Henry is on the bench for Keaton Mitchell and we punt away... He was averaging 7 yards per carry, and had just scored. Just mind boggling.
I get he has had some fumbles, but there have been a couple of games this year in which we should have used him to drain the clock and didn't.
Too many dumb mistakes, i'm now conceding that we need a fresh voice. I get Harbs has been great... but To be Superbowl favorites multiple years, and then consistently fall so short has to land on him.
