That cheating umpire aside, no excusing the pathetic effort. Played 5 minutes in the first quarter and not much outside of that.

The entire North game, the last 10-15 minutes of last week and again for most of today the effort has been standard.

The heat is going to come for Carr very quickly if thats the level of effort we are getting.

Not using this as an excuse for the loss, but who on earth decided that the game should start at 12pm?

Not only is it ridiculously early for Perth, but I think many fans thought it was a 12:40pm game (normal already very early time for an early Sunday arvo game) given how many were only making their way towards Adelaide Oval after the game started, and there were still packed trains of fans arriving at the Railway Station at the same time.

If it was Collingwood, you would be able to hear Eddie McGuire's screams about the "Pies being screwed over" all the way from Alberton.

The problem is that Tassie looms so the chances of rebuilding via the Draft becomes more difficult. We ****ed our list up over the past 3-4 years and fixing it overnight will not be easy.
