I want a coach with personality, Woosh, Truck and Brad have all been boring, they don't inspire, all seem safe.

Different strokes I suppose but personally I don’t really care how the coach sounds at a press conference or how animated he is in the box.
At the end of the day all that matters is what is happening on the field for me.
The could put a bot in front of the media for all I care.

I follow the Panthers as closely as I do Essendon and Ivan Cleary is as boring as bat shit in front of the camera. Doesn’t stop them from winning.

I'm not talking about his press conferences, I feel a big part of coaching is relationship building, I don't think Scott is good at it at all, same goes for Truck and Woosha, I think Skipworth would be horrendous in this respect, I think Hinkely is elite in this area.

Need someone who will make the players care, you work better when you have joy, to me it seems Scott has this work harder mantra, that doesn't work when you're not having fun.

How would you know unless you’re in the bubble?

Skipworth has a massively good reputation as far as player development and relationships go at the Pies.

The guys loved Truck. A few senior guys just thought they needed a more experienced coach.

From what I have seen at training Scott does have what looks like a good rapport with the players.

I can't know for sure either way, I guess no one outside the bubble can, but my gut feel is he's not great in this area. And my mum always told me to trust my gut.
